RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all original accessories.

• The original invoice must be included with the returned product.
• Products damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for return.
• Used carpets are not eligible for return.
• Carpets that have been cut are not eligible for return.
• Carpets that have been washed are not eligible for return.
• Products clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

REFUNDS
