RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all original accessories.

• The original invoice must be included with the returned product.
• Products damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for return.
• Used carpets are not eligible for return.
• Carpets that have been cut are not eligible for return.
• Carpets that have been washed are not eligible for return.
• Products clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description on the website, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged products must be reported within 3 to 7 days of receiving the order. We may request photos of the product to assess the issue before arranging a return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and return conditions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
